Project Brief:
Corporate Headquarter Building for Ministry of Defence’s pension fund comprising of large public dealing hall, offices for managers, engineers, board room, multipurpose halls with sliding flooding partitions , data centre auditorium for 500 guests and masjid. The unique style of architecture to allow natural lights in all areas through large glazing also feature as landscaped inner court with water bodies and the masjid. This inner court as core concept in design acts as relief to Oman’s harsh climate through bringing in indirect day lights to all working & common areas. The built up area is around 25,000 m2
