To provide project management consultancy services to oversee the design and supervision consultancy as well as monitor contractor’s performance. The project The project comprises the construction of three leveling floors (parking and services), Ground floor (Main entrance lobby, offices, cafeteria & services, first floor (gym, offices), five typical floors (offices) and Penthouse (office) with an approximate built up area of 19,000 m2.
