12 bed hospital building is single storey with part plant room comprising of 4 clinics, 4 bed male Ward, 4 Bed female ward, 4 bed pediatric ward, Administration Room, Dietician, Birth Spacing, EPI, Dirt Utility, Dental room (1 No),one X-ray room, Pharmacy, Autoclave room, 2 bed male /Female treatment room, Delivery Room, Medical store, Laboratory, male & female waiting areas , Health Education room , Computer room, Engg. Store, Electrical room, Laundry, Kitchen Toilets for patients and staff. The scope includes the construction of substation, generator room, Guard room, PMG Building comprising of Vacuum Plant room and Manifold room, Administration building and helipad.
